Founded and Incorporated in the Spring of 1988 by current acting President Jim Fogarty, Lakes & Leisure Realty, Inc. primary real estate focus was and still is the Brainerd area beautiful Lakes, leisure time and vacation retreats. In 1990, Dick Rostad joined the company as equal partner and currently acts as Executive Vice-president. Since then, the company has achieved fantastic growth and today it sells about 50% of the off lake property in the local school district.

Lakes & Leisure Realty, Inc. is member of local, state and national real estate organizations such as the Greater Lakes Board of Realtors, the Greater Lakes Multiple Listing Service, the Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
